This company is a total farce.
I answered an ad on Instagram for an exercise apparatus on June 10th. I paid $26.98 ($19.99 plus $6.99 S/H), order # 25679M538494. I have nothing but their "support" email by which to contact them if there is an issue. I have already contacted them to cancel my order and refund my money since, apparently, this merchandise will never come to me. They send a "status update" every few days telling me it's on its way.... but it's not. Here are the dates of their "support" messages: 6/13, 6/14, 6/16, 6/19, 6/22, 6/25, 6/27, 6/30, 7/2, 7/5. The way they addressed my request to cancel the order on 6/18 and 6/19 was to thank me for my patience. This is an absolute farce. Update...Yesterday 7/8: The company sent me an email saying the product was delivered. It was NOT delivered, so I replied to tell them I have not received it. Their response? It was delivered. Stay away from this awful awful company.
