If I could submit a negative star count I would!! I ordered the multifunctional pedal resistance band on June 16, 2026. As of August 12, 2026 I still have not received my delivery. When I reached out to customer support, I was given the runaround, claiming my package had been delivered. USPS confirmed that, based on their records, the package did not have my name or address on it. Once i submitted that documentation to Visulong, they said they would ship another order to me at no charge. And that I should wait another few days for tracking info. It has been 7 days since that last communication. I have repeatedly requested a refund and have yet to receive one. Take heed: any orders placed from this site WILL NOT BE DELIVERED. And customer support will not help you! DO NOT ORDER anything from Visulong.com

They arrived very timely and in good shape but I really more than anything just love the product. I sealed up my pills for 3 weeks to travel and they had just work perfect.

I ordered Multi-Effect Floor Clean Tablets. The webpage said it was shipped from within the US. However, the tracking showed it was from China. The tracking was update until the end. They claim it was delivered but I never received it. The USPS office said the tracking number didn't match my address. I STILL do not have the product.

I felt uncomfortable with the item coming from Spain customs. But when I receive my package, the return address was New York. I plugged in the item but have not seen the difference as it’s only been two days.
