I want to tell you this is the best and most personal company and customer service experience I have had in a very long time. The owner/ CEO picked up and personally walked me through my concerns and helped me correct and navigate my issues. I was sent immediate links and emails and he was willing to personally work with me again . I appreciate the transparency & amazing experience during a stressful moment with Harbor and would definitely choose them again in the future! How wonderful to have people who actually care on the other end of the phone.

Had some issues with shipping but the harbor care team went above and beyond! They were communicative the entire time worked with me to make sure everything arrived properly and genuinely seem like they cared. I actually could not think of another company that has such good energy in regards to not only trying to fix the problem but actually fixing the problem. I will 100% be working with Harbor again in the future and recommending friends and family who are looking for a service like this in their direction. Only complaint the assigned doctor was very much useless, go ahead and ask your questions or whatever but the doctor is really only there if you're having like a semi emergency ngl.
