I can't recommend this company more highly! Panda saved the day when my original Indian Visa had a problem with the dates and I couldn't board the plane from O'Hare to Delhi, delaying my trip. Panda and his team were so helpful and professional and even worked late evening hours on the weekend. I was very anxious about the Visa snag and he calmly talked me through everything over the phone and my Visa was delivered to my email even sooner than he had promised. My experience with Visahero was absolutely perfect and I will definitely use their services again. Thank you, Panda!!

They were there to help us after we prepared the application ourselves and drove into DC to submit, only for the embassy to be closed. They spotted two errors in the application and were able to fix them on the spot and submit next week. They then shipped the finished visa to us and we had it by the end of the week and it's perfect. They saved us two more trips and a lot of headache! Customer service was friendly, prompt and communicative. If I ever need another visa, this is where I'm going.

I needed a Chinese Visa and a US passport renewal, and VisaHero took care of both for me! I'm genuinely impressed with how easy the process was. They were transparent and responsive, and got me both documents within less than two weeks--a process that would have taken far longer because of my work hours. They prepared the Visa and Passport applications for me, made all the necessary trips to the visa office (sat through the two hour queue for me multiple times,) and delivered all of the documents to me in person. If you're stressed about getting your passport or Visa processed, I can't recommend a better resource!
