VisaHeroReviews of visahero.com

The company has great customer service. Emails, texts, and phone calls were answered in a very timely manner even during the weekend. Our visas werr completed in a timely manner and promptly sent back.

Panda was amazing to work with! We needed 31 Visas very quickly and got them all right away! VisaHero was so helpful for each applicant as we got through the visa application and we felt like we have so much personal attention to help us!

I will be the first to tell you that I had my doubts about this company, until that is I did some major research into them. and now I can honestly say that they are fantastic. So fast, so professional and they are who I will be recommending for anyone needing a Visa. They absolutely live up to their name.

This was the best visa experience. Always personal assistance with questions whether on the phone, email, or text. No waiting. No recordings. My guide through was Panda and he was always patient and pleasant. Highly recommend !!

Very disappointed that my passport almost didn't make it back to me despite my paying more for the processing. You should have made sure I got the passport the day before my flight and instead I had to drive out of my way before the departure to get the passport from UPS myself. It was a huge pain in the ass.

Helpful in filling out the visa application. Prompt delivery.

Easy process from the time you call requesting information, until they help you process the documentation. Thank you so much, Edinson Alomia

Hats off to Panda! He is the best!
