I received my order in a timely manner and was satisfied with the order process. However, I used the chat option before I ordered to determine if I needed to order bolts with the blade holder and never did get a reply, even after a day of waiting. This caused me to order parts I really didn't need.

I ordered two trimmers. I only received one. I sent an email with pictures, and I was assured the other one is on the way. I have a tracking number to confirm this. Everybody’s entitled to make a mistake, it’s how you take care of the mistakes gives a great review for customer service. Based on this, I would definitely order again.
