Today was only the 2nd time in over 10 years that I've needed to contact Support, and they do not disappoint. MJ got right to the heart of what I had done incorrectly, and got me straightened out. I was up and running again in minutes. I truly appreciate the level of service provided by Virtual PBX Support, and especially MJ!

David was so helpful and knowledgeable regarding our issues with our new phone system. The problem has been fixed and he will be checking back with me to make sure it does not reoccur.

VirtualPBX has made setting up my account very easy, and having 24/7 support I can have many of my issues resolved in a matter of minutes. I am happy that I switched my business to VirtualPBX, we save money, and have better features. I would recommend VirtualPBX to anyone.

I tried using this company service and it was absolutely horrible. I signed up for the service but then they started charging me for text messages that I had included. I tried to reach out to them to rectify the situation, but it took months to try and get a hold of anybody to deal with it. Then, after, finally getting a hold of them, I had to schedule a voice call immediately or else they cut off my service for not paying the charges that were wrongfully put on my account, stay away from this horrible company.

I've been with them for about one year now. Onboarding - The individuals training during the onboarding did a great job. They are available for your calls and friendly. Help - I've contacted them via the phone or website chat and their help team was available rather quickly and addressed my concerns immediately. If it is an on going issue/resolution, they have a follow up team. I purchased a PA-system type speaker to work in my warehouse. I called for help, they gave me a document to flow that worked perfectly. When I bought a second one slightly different it wasn't working. I provided them with the error code and the tech fixed the problem within 5 minutes -- something to do with codex. I would recommend this company to anyone. It does help to have some knowledge as they cannot do everything for you -- but they do try their best.
