I don't even know where to start. The customer service is horrible. The platform is way to confusing to understand. Wait time to get in touch with customer service is way to long. Delayed response when on the phone. NOTHING ever gets resolved.

Many problems using features and the performance particularly on the fax product is disappointing. Originally signed up as a low cost alternative but question whether the cost is offset by other hassles. Particularly problematic are conditions like cannot cancel fax once entered. The time lag is very long for the caller and the sound quality on the call is very poor. I personally wouldn't use this system again but my employer may have a different opinion

We have used VPBX since the company inception in 2012. Our company uses it not only as our phone/VM system but also for ancillary service dispatch services. As such, the system's reliability is critical. VPBX has experienced a few system outages in the timeframe we have used it. Its failure created widespread disruption to our business as not only did the phone stop ringing in the office, but our service department came to a halt. Relatedly, contacting VPBX Customer Service was/is difficult. Most often, the only way to seek technical guidance was through a "chat" feature on the website - clearly not sufficient for a system outage situation. We understand VPBX recently underwent significant technical revisions which enhanced their reliability however it will take time to regain confidence in the system. We also understand VPBX has recently added service staff, expanded hours, and have live voices on the service support side. Overall - a good "product" with a questionable history of reliability and service support. We continue to use the product knowing improvements have been made and do indeed see progress thus far.

I regularly have connection issues with specific phone numbers. I tend to have a wide variety of call forwarded to my number for no reason. overall the service works and the fax/vm side works well, the actual phone is rather inefficient.
