Virlo saved me the time to come up with my own views and trend tracking. Their API has it all, views, hashtag, sound tracking and much more. Great documentation as well, was able to use their API very simple and quick in my project. Definitely recommend!

I accept that I should have checked my subscription status and billing more carefully, and I understand that part of this situation is my responsibility. However, I contacted Virlo several times in July regarding a refund for my unused subscription, but I never received a response. I sent emails on July 10, 13, 14, and 17. At that time, I had not used any features or credits, and all 12,000 credits were still available. I believed that my subscription had been canceled, but I recently discovered that it had remained active and I was charged another $199. I have now paid a total of $398 despite not using the service for several months. I understand that I may not have completed the cancellation process correctly. Still, receiving no response to several emails and then being charged again feels deeply unfair. I also received no reminder that my subscription was about to resume or renew. I am not asking for both payments to be refunded. I am only requesting a refund for the most recent $199 charge, which I canceled immediately after discovering it. I have not used any of the newly issued credits. Virlo team, please respond to my email and help me resolve this issue. I am not trying to attack the company. I am simply asking for a fair response and assistance with a subscription I have not used.

Good,but The amount of restrictions you can add to an agent is 10, which would be fine if typing in a single keyword would filter that topic out completely. Instead, you'd need 3-5 keyword exclusions just to filter the majority. The agent AI is very helpful, it helps me with CTA's and it gives me insight on upcoming viral trends

Had an awesome call with one of the founders, gave me a walk through of the dashboard and how to use Virlo as well as some awesome marketing sauce for launching my app. Super impressed!

I tried the free trial myself, the tool is very useful and it's what I was looking for as a content creator ! I also try to contact them about my issue via e-mail but get norespond so I tried booking a call instead. The meeting run smoothly with the help of Nic. This is a good one (please bring back the option to turn off the Intelligence mode while using the crawler agent)

Nic, Andreas and team are incredible. They're amazingly responsive, proactive and have genuinely great ideas. We love working with them!

I am using their API to build a new SaaS and especially with the new version the returned data is exactly what I need for my project. Nic and the team are really cool guys. They are a startup like myself so if not all their processes work always perfectly that's to be expected and as long as the API works reliably I am super happy as a customer. The API documentation is pretty good, the pricing transparent and they offer extra docs for your favorite coding agent.
