Really unhappy bought a leisure suit and the bottoms ripped the first day I wore them! They saying they can’t replace offered 50% refund and I keep the ripped bottoms!!!!! So it all going back surely they should be able to replace. Bad customer service won’t use again !

This is the 3rd time I had a bad buy from Virgo boutique. Delivery is fast but the products are very bad quality. The dress I bought has one pocket smaller thank the other. The fabric feels very cheap and nylon. Not worth my while returning with the cost of returning. I think I’d get better quality from shein. Not recommended at al. Avoid

They sell on Tik Tok used clothes now ,I wanted to return an item that came with no label or bag and they said “no return” I will not allow them to scam me ,I will get my money back but I want to warn everyone!

I bought a dress from virgo boutique which I have never worn because of sub standard workmanship the sleeve had a trim and was turned up but at the knee the dress was not turned up at all I emailed the company they said that was the way it was meannt to be. I wouldn't dream of wearing a dress of this standard and I got no satisfaction from the company hence I will not buy anything from virgo again.

Awful company. Would never order again. Returned items… paid £18 plus customs charge…. on tracking Virgo Boutique refused to accept on 2 occasions the attempted delivery. The quality of clothes is awful hence the return. DO NOT ORDER.

Ordered the lucky dip. Not so lucky. A very poor quality size 8 skirt arrived. Had ordered a size 14/16 dress along side it. So a size 8 was never going to fit!!!! Dress was ok would have kept but fact I had to send skirt back anyway and pay for postage no point keeping as a bit gappy on the bust. Contacted customer support on this matter but no response. As a 1st time customer not a great experience. I would advise to avoid the lucky dip. I shall not be ordering form this company again.

Haram black linen trousers...39.99... pure waste of money...I emailed the company the day of delivery to tell that the trousers had threads from hem lines and they were shocking bad quality... I first private messaged Virgo on Instagram, then got a reply stating not to use that forum for complaints and to email customer service, which I did... Not a reply or acknowledgement of any sort from your virgo.. bombarded wirh promotional emails since.... obviously never read my emails... customer service needs addressing.... so stick your promotional 10%, I will never buy from you again.

I purchased 3 co- ord sets late last summer with the in intention of usin them for holiday May 2026. The Nessa kacki set was faulty during the overlocking in manufacturing stage and as a consequence came away from the seam first time i wore..Shabby workmanship in my opinion. When I flagged this with Virgo they said cause it was bought late last summer they are unable to replace. I find that such bad customer service. I have bought lots of stuff from them in the past as has my friends n family. Not anymore im afraid as their clothes are not fit for purpose and their after sales service is worse. BE AWARE. I offered to have a courier pick them up for examination but sure that was turned down. Enough said AVOID AVOID😡
