Worst company I have ever used for selling…
Worst company I have used for selling my videos. Totally unprofessional. They take your video, make you sign a contract, then you never hear from them again. They won’t answer emails. I’ve sent several, and also tried to contact them on socials. It’s been 8 months since I submitted my video. They have no dashboard, so you can’t see if your video has been used or sold. Other companies have this. There are many companies you can use to sell your videos. I would steer clear of this one. I’d really like to end my contract with them, but they won’t reply to my emails to allow me to do so.

Scam
You guys trick people into sending videos and then cut off contact without having to pay royalties
Response from ViralSnareDec 12, 2025
Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. We'd like to clarify that ViralSnare does not trick anyone into submitting content. Our creator agreement is provided during the submission process, and we only proceed when creators agree to our terms. Earnings are generated when content is successfully licensed to media buyers or monetized on platforms we manage. Our payment threshold is $50, and any earnings below this amount roll over month to month until the threshold is reached. We previously requested additional information to review your specific case, but did not receive a response. If you’d still like us to look into your submission and address your concerns, please contact us at [email protected] using the email address associated with your account. Regards,

They took my video without my…
They took my video without my permission. I did not sign up with them and somehow they created account on my behalf and got my video on youtube. I did take it down but they do not want to delete the account they have created. Avoid as they will never respond to your emails and never close the fake accounts they create themselfs. Beware big scam

Dear Mariya, Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We have carefully reviewed your claim and would like to clarify that the video in question was submitted to our platform under a binding agreement that authorizes us to distribute the content on various channels, including YouTube. The account created on your behalf was a standard and necessary part of this process, in full compliance with the terms you agreed to. We regret any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused and are eager to resolve this matter to your satisfaction. Please reach out to us directly at [email protected] so we can discuss this further and explore possible solutions. Sincerely, Team ViralSnare

This company is a scam and did not have copyrights to use the video
This company is a scam and did not have the right copyrights to submit my video! I was told because the owner of the video didn’t want it used on YouTube or other medias and that he would not give consent that my contract would be canceled! Yet that video has been up on YouTube for two weeks and no one from that company is contacting me back or responding to mine and my attorneys emails! This company is a complete scam!

Con people avoid them at all cost
I sold them my video and the promised a world to me through royalties but after my video went viral, they ghosted me and haven't paid me anything. Work with them at your own cost.

Hi Yumi, Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you feel we didn't follow up after your submission. When creators submit content to ViralSnare, we actively pitch it to media buyers. Communication typically occurs when there's a sale to report or when earnings reach our $50 minimum payout threshold. If no sales have been made yet, there may not be updates to share at this time. We attempted to request your account information to investigate your specific situation, but we did not receive a response. If you'd like to discuss your submission status or address any concerns, please get in touch with us at [email protected] and include your account email address. We're here to help and look forward to hearing from you. Sincerely,
