Hi Summer - I am sorry to hear you are displeased with the return on your video. ViralHog has paid out millions of dollars to our clients , and while we wish every video could generate thousands of dollars (many do), it's more common for videos to make hundreds of dollars. Rest assured that we are on the same page as and have every incentive to continue generating revenue from your clip. We continuously promote all videos in our portfolio to our global network of partners and it often takes some time for sales to trickle through. Hi Shaun - We are so sorry to hear of your issue and would like to assist. Our customer service is available by phone during regular business hours, and via email 24/7. Please note that payouts are not sent until the 15th of the month following the revenue collection. For example, if $100 in payable revenue is collected in January, you should expect your payment to be sent by the 15th of February. We have paid millions of dollars to our licensors, so this is an established procedure you can count on. We look forward to hearing back from you. Thank you!

Gwen - ViralHog has a vested interest in protecting our clients' videos. There are situations where it is impractical or impossible to take down infringements, but we are extremely diligent in this area and you can rest assured that any meaningful usage that can be verified as unauthorized is pursued to the fullest extent possible. Certainly any fake page with millions of unauthorized views, if verifiable, would be included in these enforcement actions. Hi Maggie - ViralHog has paid out millions of dollars to thousands of clients, but there are some rare situations where licensing revenue can be significantly delayed (late payments from partners, reporting discrepancies, etc.) At a quick glance, I am not seeing your account, but I will reach out now to get your information and investigate for you. Hi Ray - Your skepticism is understandable, and I will attempt to address it here. ViralHog is fully transparent with revenue received from partners, but there is an inherent delay in some usage being reported and showing in the Dashboard. For example, we have some partners who request a license but don't publish the video or confirm usage until weeks or even months later in some cases. To address concerns like yours, we offer all customers a tool to report spotted usage and have our compliance team verify it is permitted. Because we share our customers' interest in maximizing licensing revenue, you can rest assured we do everything we can to prevent unauthorized use, often engaging in legal action on their behalf. You mention seeing your video on various websites not showing in your Dashboard. This can sometimes be YouTube "embeds" that appear to be hosted by the website but are actually an extension of an authorized YouTube copy with any revenue attributed to it.
