We started to use this software in October 2019, and we ended on February 2020. We spend $1500 on a monthly basis just for have a “dedicated” team in charge of our account. They switched at least 3 times persons in charged, and every single one of them was not able to “honor” what we where paying for Results could not been worst for us , ACOS, skyrocketing, spending insanely high and the overall experience a real nightmare. I have never seen a customer service as bad as the one we received, after months of writing looking for answers we are still waiting. The results we obtained are very far from the contractual obligations signed. As you might know in a software like this, no one guarantees results, but they never made an effort to understand the business and the categories in which we sold that were explained specifically at the signing of the contract. the videos they make on YouTube are marketing masterpieces, but in practice, the results are really disappointing. I just can say and suggest with all responsibility to anyone who’s might be interested in working with this company two simple words: STAY AWAY

DO NOT USE Viral Launch. We paid $2000-$3000 USD for a photoshoot, and their team took the exact same photos for our competitor within a year. Seriously what the hell? They took the EXACT SAME photos for our competitor. You guys deleted and blocked me from Amazon Fba Data Hunter group and are not replying. You guys plagarised our photoshoot and gave it to a competitor. We are not going to stop here. We want a full refund on this photoshoot. It has been 4 days since i emailed you Viral Launch. FOUR DAYS. Stop avoiding this issue and address it like a real company.

Extremely poor customer service. I have asked to cancel my subscription with two products 5 days ago and still haven't heard anything back (their 'modify subscription' tab only let you upgrade, not downgrade). And this is only the top of the iceberg... final review? There are many company out there and this is one to avoid, literally a waste of time and money.

Purchased the monthly program , stopped using it almost immediately , thought it was just a single month program , but its been 6 months ever since.... REFUND POLICY IS MADE NOT TO GIVE YOU ANYTHING BACK IN THIS CASE BUT THE CANCELATION OF THE VERY LAST MONTH! BE CAREFUL WITH THIS, THEY WILL MAKE MONEY OFF OF YOUR MISTAKE ! DISGRACEFUL!

Very bad results from their keyword research and ad copy products. I had to redo all of the work that I paid them to do. $500 down the tubes.

Ran 2 launches, the BSR went up during the launch, then dropped immediately. We gave away thousands of dollars of product and all of it ended up on eBay. Apparently, people were able to buy up to 5, this diluted the brand and the price. This was a big mistake a huge financial loss to the company.

Due to a change in my career, I found I didn't need to use the service. Unforfunately, my subscription was set to auto-renew... and I put the renewal on a credit card I don't monitor. You know the rest of the story... I paid for 4 months of service before I realized I was paying. I never logged in, never used the product, didn't think about it. No refund, no partial refund. Even for the current month that had just started. I had a similar problem with another auto renewal and it was no problem getting a refund since I hadn't used the service. I believe Viral Launch is intentional regarding their policy and use it as a way to get a few extra bucks. This is my only experience with their customer service...but I'm guessing it's similar in other area's as well

Sneaky way of billing, i will never use that service again.
