Thank you for your feedback. We strive to generate great results for our customers and have worked over several years to do so. We apologize for the experience you had with our launch platform. While it is not a perfect system, we very actively police our buyer site to remove hijackers and keep redemption rates high. We also consistently refine our buyer authorization process. This situation is not the norm but we do take this matter very seriously. It has always been our mission to put our customers' success first. We would like to dig into this issue with you to see if there is anything we can do to remedy the situation. Would you please send us an email at [email protected] so we can assist you further?
