Thanks for the feedback! You can always reach out to us for assistance using our products at [email protected] if you'd like. In addition, if you have the time, we'd love to hear more about what searches were performed and where you saw data lacking. We have capped searches to avoid abuse of the platform, and find that typical users don't exceed (or even come close) to using all their daily searches. Thanks for your feedback! It sounds like there is some confusion on the purpose and method of launching products through Viral Launch and how the Amazon ranking engine works. Reviews have never been part of the Amazon ranking algorithm. Reviews serve as social proof for the quality of a product and therefore aid in converting sales. In addition, launches from Viral Launch have never included review service, but have and still do, contribute to increase in ranking, especially when working with one of our coaches. This advisory service is free to all customers and can help to advise on strategy for your listing.
