I subscribed for trial version But later discovered my credit card was charged 99usd. This is a day robbery of users. When I approached viral launch customer care, they say since I subscribed for trial version, it is understood that I have given acceptance for charging my credit card. This is a unethical way of doing business. I am totally dissatisfied and felt cheated.

Viral launch sends to email communications to its subscribers before renewing and charging for their subscription. Emails will be sent 31 days and seven days before subscription renewal. An additional email will be sent after the renewal has been successful. Viral launch has the same refund policies as it’s competitors. You can cancel future auto-renewals by using the menu to your left, navigating to Home > Billing. As users are notified via email 7 days before each renewal, following any cancelation you maintain access through the remainder of the billing period, subscriptions are non-refundable.

Offering non refundable services doesn't sit well with anyone
Response from Viral LaunchJun 24, 2021
Rob, please know that as a company we try to be as transparent as possible with our refund policy by including it on our checkout page. Additionally, we offer a free trial in an effort to prevent unwanted charges. However, we want you to get the most out of your purchase, so please reach out to us should you have any other questions or concerns! Email: [email protected]

I have found the data extremely unreliable for brand sales. When I do audits for brands the sales numbers are way off for the brands I have dealt with.
Response from Viral LaunchJun 24, 2021
Larry, we are sorry to hear that! It looks like we have provided additional contact information in an effort to improve the experience. If you didn't receive a response, please reach back out and we would be happy to look back into this for you!

At first I tried the MI extension, basically don't give you anything. I decided to upgrade to beginner plan. The link cut after I sent payment. I can't log in and my money is already taken. Since the beginning I have trouble just to log in.. The support told me to do hard refresh on my browser, which I did. The problem persists. Use other!

I had an inquiry about billing so I sent a message to the instant chat which claims to "reply in minutes". I waited hours and still no reply and I even saw that my messages were seen. I got fed up and sent another message and after another hour someone finally replied and said that they contacted the billing department and is waiting to hear back from them about my inquiry. After more hours have went by, there still have been no responses/follow up/progress whatsoever. I pretty much waited for a whole day to get 1 reply back that did not help. I even tried calling them twice but no one picked up because they are "busy" and told me to leave a message. I did leave a message but I got no callbacks. This is ridiculous and I rather give my money to other competitors because Viral Launch has the worse customer service ever. What is the point of having a customer service if they don't respond?? Today is Friday and so I will have to wait until Monday. If they still don't respond on Monday, expect another 1 star review.

Hello Jenny, it looks like our management team emailed you back and was able to find the issue in the subscription. We issued you a refund last week. Please reach out if you have any additional questions.
