The worst company when it comes to warranty .. i ordered a card from those guys back in December 2022 and it had 3 years warranty .. the card started to make all kinds of issues so i contacted the card manufacturer MSI for a replacement and they agreed to that but they asked me to do the normal procedure for RMA .. which is contacting the main store for the purchase so they make the claim for you and you can send it then .. i contacted VIPERA via WhatsApp and they were answering i guess because they thought am buying or something after i told them about my issue they stopped replying .. i tried via mail - whatsapp - live chat .. zero answers .. this is the worst company you can buy card from .. if you have any issues with thier cards .. make sure that you will be left alone when you have any claims .. zero stars And after they noticed that i wrote an honest review about them They just sent me: You’re not getting anything now with that review you put up. Good job Zero customer care. Zero respect Edit : i have my MSI message so stop making excuses .. the message they sent me clearly stated that i have to contact main store for the claim and they would accept it it was sent buy you yet you refused to do so although my card still under the warranty .. and i even have your reply about reading your well deserved reviews .. your company is just a scammy buisness that should be stopped Its is funny enough that you ask me to fix my card with my own money .. and ruin my warranty while you can just file the claim and i can send the card for fixing under warranty .. but you refuse to do so .. And now you blame me from buying from you .. my fault i trusted your website .. good customer care Edit 2 : you should have cooperated to fix this instead of sending “ your not getting anything with this review up “ .. assuming you even care about this .. this would make MSI accept it and close the whole thing up .. but you refused and you even made a fake story sent to me via WhatsApp to avoid covering the warranty claim

Sounds awful--- but you forgot to mention during this rant you're in Saudi Arabia. MSI warranties are regionally administered and limited (as are most OEMs). For this product, the RMA process lies with the manufacturer, not us, and this is clearly stated in the listing. You can get it serviced and repaired by MSI, or locally-- you just refuse to pay for the repair is what it boils down to. Next time, please buy the card from a local distributor that is authorized by MSI if warranty is essential. You probably did not want to do that as it was not available or the price was higher. Please, tell us the full story. It is your responsibility to know how manufacturer warranties operate, if they are transferable, or if they are regionally locked. The warranty in your case is bound by the rules of the manufacturer. We do offer warranties covered by us, but generally not on any GPU products except PNY and some Nvidia proper enterprise cards. It is unfortunate MSI does not want to deal with you and is trying to pass it off to a reseller in the United States.

I received my order in excellent condition. I ordered an Avalon 15 series miner. It arrived in new condition, in the original manufacturer packing. My order was shipped from Hong Kong with DHL, with final delivery by USPS. Online order status does not really update after initial processing, but seller responses were always prompt via the website chat whenever I inquired for updates.

Real scammer. Order no. SI-1269 I order Nvidia RTX 6000 Ada (ADA series) but Vipera sent wrong, used and a low spec GPU which is a6000 version ( non ADA series). Price difference between what I paid and what Vipera delivered to me is about US$4000. I asked for Return Merchanides Authorization (RMA) they didnt agree but later on asked for me to pay additional USDT 4690 for them to send the right product. This sounds very wrong. I disagree but they gave no other options nor agree with conventional method such as Paypal or Credit card guarantee. The person Sabrina mentioned the USDT will be used as security deposit which is not make any sense. Your company made mistake, delivered wrong product to me and I need to put security deposit more? I even offered to travel to Dubai to make in person exchange but they never welcome me and making so much excuses. Later I found out the USDT account they sent me was flagged by Binance that the wallet address they provided is malicious. Then another wallet address was given which I found very suspicious as no activity since 2021. I am not sure after sending me wrong product now they want to scam me more using USDT payment. Further to that, all this conversation from Sabrina were through whatsapp only, Sabrina nor Vipera support ever replied my email. All I need now is for Vipera to return the difference between what I paid for and product I received which is $4000. I am still losing money since the wrong product they delivered never been used by me even once.

Hello. This order is from January 2nd, 2024. And you supposedly sent funds via a shady "Coinbase10" grouped transaction. A few scammers at the same time as you were trying to convince us with lengthy gibberish emails using this method that funds were in fact were deposited, and safe, and it is somehow our fault (or Trust Wallet's) we did not receive it.
