Communication was fine.but a mistake made by the shipper was not addressed at all.

Ordered a KS1 from them back in July, received it second week of August which was fine. The issue I have is with the snarky guy on the WhatsApp chat. I was looking to buy a KS2 and enquired about some sort of discount for returning customers. His response made it seem like I was being ridiculous for asking about a discount and so I informed him of the price I had been quoted by another vendor and I was told to “buy from them then” i said ok and did just that, I saved over $1000 buying from a different vendor. His response to this “happy for you” and then “nobody cares. We fulfill our orders. Buy from the chinese and roll the dice.” and then “when your machine breaks get ready to fix it yourself btw.” So yeah, real mature responses..

Bra att dom tar kort. MEN beställ inte med express frakt. Utslängda pengar. Står 3-5 dagar leverans. Jag beställde 4 oktober och ja jag visste att dom hade högtid men det skulle börja skickas den 6. Jag fick min igår den 17.

Received my miner pretty quick. Had some trouble getting any response with an issue which was very frustrating. Then tried to place another order with no response. But they finally did get a hold of them and resolved the issue. Ships Direct from China, So They do not ship out of Canada like I thought. Overall Ok, Could use major improvements, but Seems common in the Crypto world.

Update; they got in touch pretty much immediately to say there was an obvious error on their part. I asked about delivery and the were as informative as they could be under the circumstances (stock shortages for GPU with everyone, including them). So I've amended the review back to reflect reality to date. I'll update further re delivery etc. Thought they were pretty good initially then they started sending me somewhat threatening invoices/letters multiple times for items I had paid in advance for.
