I purchased the miner from them and the shipment was real quick and they also answered all the related questions before buying. Covered all the shipment expenses including customs. There was some problem with the miner upon arrival due to which i had to send it back for repair and vipera assisted me on this pretty well and also covered expenses to ship it back to bitmain. Overall I had a good experience with them and was also satisfied with their after sale services.

unfortunately I had to add 130 € in customs taxes even if it had to be all included
Response from ViperatechApr 20, 2022
Hello Emanuele, thank you for your honest feedback. Apologies if the custom taxes were not discussed in advance, this is normal practice for items of this nature coming from abroad. Appreciate your feedback and looking forward to the next time we do business. Thank you.

Received my miner pretty quick. Had some trouble getting any response with an issue which was very frustrating. Then tried to place another order with no response. But they finally did get a hold of them and resolved the issue. Ships Direct from China, So They do not ship out of Canada like I thought. Overall Ok, Could use major improvements, but Seems common in the Crypto world.

I have purchased Bitcoin ASIC miners from Viperatech on at least 8 different occasions, and they always come through quickly and efficiently. Plus, as far as I can tell, their prices are better than competitive.
