Genuine company and quick service
Edit: The delay was at their partner's side. Vipera was very quick in taking care of the delayed order and giving updates daily. They apologized as i know it was an accidental delay from their partner's end. I am very happy with their service now. Original Review - seems a genuine company. but just not replying after i gave it orders worth $9000 !!i have been asking when will order be shipped. but just not replying now. Order 12451 and 12469. will revise it, if they take care

Bought $5k worth of mining rigs on their website at lower value than anywhere else. Got it expedited. got my order no problem. their responsive on their chat too.

Great pre sales customer service
Great pre sales customer service. Quick to reply to emails and instant messages. Provided good advice on which product to buy. Only downside, and Ive done 3 orders with them now in spite of it, is no email after purchase to confirm the order, and no correspondence at all for a couple weeks after the order until I get an email from the shipping company saying it’s going to arrive soon. Every other company sends an email with details on the order and another email when it ships. Wish Vipera did too.

As per your concerns about the lack of communication during the shipping process, usually in your account you will receive a message of the tracking once it released by our freight forwarders. If you checked out as a guest, you will never see it. However, it has come to our attention that the backend messaging system is not pushing through these tracking notifications to many users that signed up after a certain date.
