Buyer beware When you see highly discounted prices on what seems to be quality products, know what seems to good to be true is in play here. I ordered a product and they sent an extremely crappy product. They then told me to return the shorts and they would give me a refund. The shorts were made in china and the return cost was $30. I suppose that would have been ok if I was returning what I ordered, not some counterfeit cheap knockoffs. Ok, I’ve at least done part in warning you. This company is voiletandgracedresses.com.

I purchased the Ziva maxi dress. First of all, it took weeks to arrive and when it did, the quality was so poor that I knew immediately it would need to be returned. The fabric was cheap and thin and I could not raise my arms above chest level wearing this dress because of how poorly it was constructed. The return process is not easy, despite the website saying so. It took several attempts before I heard back from them regarding the return process, and when I did, they offered me a 20% refund and to keep the dress. The dress is useless to me. The cost to return the dress (to China!) was as much as I paid for the dress. There are NO FREE RETURNS with this company. It took several weeks of emailing them before they offered a 30% refund as their final offer. At that point, I was so disgusted (and not willing to send it back to China), that I accepted it. They did not immediately refund my credit card as they said they would, I had to email them AGAIN to insist it be done immediately. BEWARE of purchasing from Violet & Grace! The clothing is of low quality and poorly made in China. It will take weeks to arrive and when it does, one is stuck with it.

I ordered a beautiful navy floral print dress. Well I thought it was a dress. But what I got was a curtain, the dress was so see through. There is no way they should have even bothered to send this! I am beyond disappointed.

False description on an item they said was a winter coat. It is extremely thin, not authentic suede, very poorly made, and now they sent me an address that is in some foreign country and it’s not even an accurate address for me to return the item and get reimbursed.

I ordered a dress according to their sizing chart, it is smaller than their sizing. I have spent 2 days trying to get them to answer my email and they have sinced blocked my address. I tried calling the number, it is invalid. I am now currently reporting them to my credit card company. Shame on me for trusting them after waiting almost 3 weeks for delivery of an item supposedly in the states. It is from China!

The color is beautiful and pretty much exactly as shown online. The top runs slightly smaller than I expected, but otherwise I really like it.

This company is a sham. I ordered 2 dresses that were appealing in the pictures. They were shipped FROM an address in Texas, but when I opened the package, the dresses were possibly the worst quality I have ever seen. I IMMEDIATELY emailed to place a return request. They offered "a 30% return if I just kept them." I said no. I want to return for a full refund. The address they gave me for the return was a "warehouse district" (now clearly a scam address) address in CHINA. I still did it, hoping to get my refund as the customer service (probably AI) responses were timely and appropriate. I had to pay $35 for this to be mailed. That was 3 months ago! I have emailed multiple times, and followed tracking, but for 2 months the package "has been in customs" BEWARE of this company. Their product is crap and theyre essentially stealing your money.
