I’d like to take this time to send my appreciation to the service team at your north oak Kansas City facility, I have just recently moved here from Los Angeles and do not know the area I was leaving the gym looking for an oil change place and I stumbled along your station, as I pulled in I did not know what to expect I was greeted with courtesy and professionalism by the whole team I have been doing lotta oil change places in the Los Angeles area and none of them gave me the service that your team did yesterday I’d like to take this time to expose me gratitude to Bryan for his excellent public relations ability to communicate with me what was going to happen with my vehicle I own a 2019 Toyota Highlander that needed to be service from the long road trip and I didn’t want to pay the high prices at the Toyota dealership, Brian informed me what would take place on my vehicle and what I should have done at this time as finances are being watched on my end very closely because of the move, Brian has great people skills and was very courteous and helpful with my coupons from the Internet and gave me a superb oil change amongst other things, him and his team done an excellent job I will return today with my other vehicle and have it serviced thank you have a nice day

Stopped by the Brentwood, TN location on 8-26-21. As soon as I pulled up, Nicolas Brown came up and told me they were short-staffed, but happy to serve me--just wanted me to know that it would take longer than usual. I had plenty of work with me and was happy to wait. Long story short, several minor problems (no ones fault) but Nic always let me make the decisions and always told me my options. They were busy and short-staffed, but I never felt rushed. Really great service under less than ideal conditions.

The best oil change experience I've exer had!! So knowledgeable so respectful so courteous this is the only place I will ever go. Keep up the good work!! What a Awesome team . Madison crew rocks!!

Fast and friendly service.

I had my truck oil changed on1-11-2021at the Valvoline store at109 S Rainbow Blvd here in Las Vegas. I like to thank those guys working at that location, the were very professionals, friendly and most importantly very knowledgeable at their trade; being in the service industry myself I know good service when I see it. Johnrey, Kenny and Casey You guys rock. If Valvoline have an employee of the month program this three gentleman should be nominated employee of the YEAR!

I went to Valvoline, 1225 Front St. Binghamton, NY 13901. Getting an oil change is usually just a mundane experience. I never write reviews, but felt compelled to due to the extraordinary service I received. The manager, Will, was so friendly and he has an awesome sense of humor! He also was extremely informative about each and every step he and his staff were taking to perform my oil change. He offered me additional services, but was honest in telling me some of the services could wait til my next oil change (mileage not high enough yet). I’ve had to supervise people in the past and I can tell you that he and his staff have mutual respect for each other! When I commented to an employee how nice Will was to me, this employee said he was the best “boss” he ever had! In closing, some people get stressed when they’re paying around $100 for an oil change, air filter, and a light, but Will kept me laughing and at ease! You have a great asset in that man named, Will! This review is for the Valvoline located at 11755 Rousby Hall Rd, Lusby, MD 20657. I stopped in when I had an issue with my car and the staff, to include Clinton, were helpful, quick and professional. I highly recommend using this place for your car needs. The customer service is outstanding!
