I was Very Pleased with my Oil Change. The Gentlemen had Great Customer Service & did a Great Job. Than you

I had purchased a battery from the Valvoline in Middletown, DE last August. The battery died and I could not recharge it. I called the Valvoline number and explained the situation including the fact I had no way to get to the local Valvoline (where I purchased the battery). Within a short period of time (less than an hour) the nice Manager drove to my home and replaced the battery free of charge. Wonderful Customer Service!

My experience at Valvoline was great. There was very little wait time. The employees were helpful and accurate. I left with a smoother driving car.

Stellar customer service, expertly performed maintenance (like oil changes, and stuff); and a quality experience is their obvious goal. Tim was our point of contact this time. He and his team did a courtesy check of lights, filters and stuff, and offered service if needed. Of course the consumer can decline offers. No complaints. We have to schedule a roadtrip to use Valvoline, but will do so again and again. Most appreciative.

I got a tire rotation and oil change in Athens, Tennessee on Decatur Pike on April 29, 2022. Staff was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend this location. Couldn't be better satisfied.

I had my oil changed today at the Valvoline on Hill Road I’m Grand Blanc Michigan and it was such a pleasant and professional experience. The crew worked so well together and are obviously well trained. Kudos to the service at Grand Blanc Valvoline, it was a pleasure and I appreciate their knowledge.

I just had an oil change in Chapel Hill, NC location and was very pleased with the excellent service and helpful attention to detail. Nigel and the entire staff were professional and courteous. They did a courtesy check of my car's filters and showed me what they looked like. I am very diligent to get regular oil changes and no one has shown me my car's filters to see for myself what they looked like....I was right there as they pulled them out of my car. I'm disappointed it has not been shown me before. They did not pressure me at all to change them....at first I said I'd get it done later but rethought that....they were really very clogged looking. I and my car are very glad I went to Valvoline in Chapel Hill, NC as a last minute choice when Pepboys next door told me despite my appt they were very backed up. I feel relieved to get my oil changed and 3 very dirty filters changed and friendly, well-trained service...oh by the way...they changed my windshield wipers for me with my spares, checked all my lights and tires.
