I went to the Valvoline location in Mount Pleasant, SC and received excellent service from Isaac, Jacob and Savanna. They provided me with important information regarding the upkeep of my vehicle which was great to know. We also chatted while my oil change was done which made the experience smooth and easy. They were a great team overly.

Excellent Service. Very professional and courteous. Robert and his staff at 5840 Babcock Rd., SAT, took the time to explain their services and answer all my questions.

Valvoline on Robert St in St. Paul, MN is one of the better experiences I have ever had. They were prompt, completely customer focused and even told me what things I did not need to purchase.

I went to the 20815 Highway N location. After 1 day the Oil indicator was displaying. Upon leaving the office the next day, I noticed a puddle of oil underneath my vehicle. I contacted the 1030 Gessner location since it was close to my job and explained my situation. After a brief inspection, they told me the previous location neglected to replace the oil filter and O-rang. Thanks a million for going above and beyond. My engine could have been damaged on my impending trip!

I visited the Linworth 161 Dublin Granville Rd.,for an oil change because the manager Brian there has been a wonderful oil change and caretaker for my car. My husband bought me a van and Brian showed me when I was in the store how to check when the oil change was due. Great, reliable shop!

Amazing service! I had been to this Valvoline once before several years ago in a different car. I came in because my van had a light saying "Service engine soon" and I thought it may be the transmission fluid. They explained the service engine soon light was set by the previous garage that changed my oil. They did check my oil as well as my transmission fluid which was low. They refilled the transmission fluid and checked all the other levels. They offered an oil change which I refused as I felt I didn't need it yet. For all of this they charged me exactly nothing! They called it in a courtesy check and I call it amazing service in this day and age, especially in San Francisco!
