Had an oil change May 15, 2026. As always, great experience. Had Saurav and Yohan working on my vehicle with the manager Lovish present. Everything they recommended, they showed me why instead of just saying "you need it". Of course I will be back.

I always have a good experience with valvoline. They change my oil and rotate my tires.

Initially had a oil changed in about 15 minutes - good experience as usual. Friendly and knowledgeable staff! A week after oil change I noticed a few drops of oil in my driveway... Went back to location in Oakdale, MN where oil was originally changed and spoke with Seville and Mngr Marty. True professionals. They assessed problem and found a bad o'ring on the oil plug. Replaced oil plug with a brand new OEM plug and changed oil (along with all of their inspections) at no charge. I know that I can trust Valvoline Instant Oil!

The service was speedy and the technicians were friendly. I went on a Monday around 11:30 am, and I didn't have to wait in line.

Almost everything was just perfect. I could go on and on about how well it went but I do want to point out what went wrong. I found out that whatever oil you purchase now, your next oil change is recommended in 3K miles (or 4 months). I got the same oil today that I've gotten in the past (full synthetic) and the recommendation then was 7,500 miles. Why the mislead? There's a lot of people who wouldn't catch this. I'm glad I caught it.

Went to change my oil yesterday at 833 North Valley Mills in Waco, which is the newly redone one , the crew was very helpful and answered my questions, even the manager there came and introduced himself to me and said if I had any questions . I really give this place a 10 and thumbs up to all the crew. I highly recommend you to check them out and see for yourself. I’ll be back 👍👍
