Great interaction with seller / Questionable Return Polciy

Great interaction with seller; however, their return policy needs to be more clear. There is NO return... it's just an exchange. I bought thinking I could return if it did not fit and I was unable to do so. No problems with item or seller, just a slightly misleading return policy

Hi Evan, appreciate the feedback and it was nice talking to you earlier as well. Just to be clear, we DO have a return policy and as noted online and, on our website, we would certainly accept all returns for any item that may not totally match the product listing in some way. While I understand that you bought an item exactly as listed online but that it doesn’t quite fit the way you were hoping and want to return it. Please understand we put a lot of effort into everyone’s orders, ensuring all photos and measurements are very accurate to the item you see online. We also offer $5 shipping and prices at much below typical standards. Actual shipping costs are far higher than we charge, and these are all costs we absorb to help provide more affordable items for all interested in vintage. Because of this we cannot afford to return items for reasons like change of mind. That all being said we NEVER leave a customer with an item they aren’t totally happy with. Which is why I also offered to help you find another item, that fits better, that we could exchange with, at no extra cost. We are available every day of the week and can reach out anytime if you need anything or have any questions regarding the fit or size of an item. We also take requests and can let us know if you are looking for something specific. We thank you for choosing vintage and shopping with us.
