I've gotten four emails about reviewing VINOvations. Trouble is, I haven't gotten my wine. I don't want emails. I want wine.

Had a fabulous time - fun and informative. And the win is really good.

Haven't received my order, status still shows in fulfillment after a week. No status updates or expected ship date. No response to my email request for an update.

First time customer. Ordered online and CC was charged immediately. Received a phone call 4 days later saying that the wine was out of stock. Cancelled the order a week ago and credit still isn't issued. Very disappointed.

I ordered two different red wines, Black Saint Peter and Saracosa Rosso Di Toscana. I called VINOvations to check on the status of my order. I was told they did not have all of the bottles I ordered; they were short three Saracosa Rosso Di Toscana, and I was asked if they could substitute those bottles with Saracosa Toscana Governo. VINOvations' representative with whom I spoke said the Saracosa Toscana Governo was a better wine and it cost more than what I ordered. She then stated they would not charge me the higher price. I accepted her offer. The first wine I tried was the Saracosa Toscana Governo. The representative who told me the Governo was a better wine was absolutely correct; it is now my favorite red wine. In addition, as promised to me, there was no additional cost to my original price. I am extremely happy and delighted about VINOvations handling of my order, and I would recommend them to everyone.

Fantastic wine selections from reds and whites. Good service, although at times it’s tough to get through emails or calls. Definitely recommend buying directly from this seller, though.
