Order accepted product not available
Placed order online payment was accepted was then told only one bottle of wine out of four was available. Staff was courteous and helpful with email messaging. Eventually a second bottle was located and refund offered. Have not received wine or refund as of yet. Disappointed with the whole process.

Doug, We've been searching high and low for your SPECIFIC Coppola's Frankenstein wine that had very limited availability. We informed we will continue to look for additional bottles in our warehouse. We kept you informed at all times as this wine can't be found nor purchased anywhere else. We've made great efforts and we apologize we couldn't meet your expectations. We will be shipping the 2 bottles and refunding the other 2 bottles as discussed.

I'm so glad I stumbled upon you guys…
I'm so glad I stumbled upon you guys during a random internet search! What an excellent selection of wines - also I must say the customer service is surprisingly good. They didn't have a couple of the wines I ordered and they handled it perfectly. The wine came THE NEXT DAY as well and I am not local. I want to order all my wine from you all from here on out. Thank you!

I live near Napa Valley
I live near Napa Valley, the heart of wine country, and I could not locate that special vintage from Viansa Winery. The bottle is a 2010 Pinot, the Anniversary of my daughter’s wedding at the Winery. VINOvations came to the rescue and in a timely fashion. Thank you for the excellent service.
