Great customer service
Went from one star to four stars because customer service has come on strongly. They attempted to rectify it on their own but didn't have the part. So they paid for me to order the part on Amazon which I did. Got it the next day and All is resolved. Problems happen in life. They helped to solve their problem in a rational thoughtful and nice way. That means so much in today's world. Here is my old review before we resolve the issue. Bought the 14 ft pool reel set. Missing a part. Contacted them and they asked for more information which I provided. No reply after that. Took hours to set it up and no way I can repack it to send it back. Easier for me to go to hardware stores and figure it out. Just not a good experience.
