Purchased a bedroom dresser off Target website, arrived quickly enough however there were many parts missing. Only way to contact company on directions is a website, can’t even get an email to go through, attempted multiple times 😡 don’t waste your money ordering anything from this company.

I purchased a fluted bathroom vanity-BF0BS3C. One part was missing. My wife accidently threw away the shipping slip. So, I don't have an order number. I emailed customer support. Gave the item number, part number and sent photos of everything. I keep getting auto-generated replies stating that they need a order number. I already told them I DON'T HAVE IT! I obviously have the product: I sent them everything I have. All I'm asking for is one panel! The instruction book says if a part is missing, simply contact customer support. Apparently not true! I'm extremely disappointed. And, I have many pieces and parts which are of no use to me...without the missing panel! Why can't someone there respond?

I received a porch swing as a gift. There were some pieces missing from the packing of the item. I contacted Vingli for replacement parts. They wanted the order number, which I obviously don't have, cause the item was a gift. I guess you need an order number to prove to have the item. How would I know the pieces I'm missing if I didn't have the item. I would suggest NOT purchasing from Vingli and if you do, hope you don't need to contact customer service.

Don't bother buying merchandise, you're just going to end up on missing parts and if you try to replace those parts they won't sell them individually they want you to buy the same product you already have instead of selling a single part

Purchased an outdoor table and chair set from Vingli and paid an additional $40 to have it shipped. The “4” chairs arrived with “NOTHING” to assemble them with. Not “1” single screw. After spending hours on the phone and transferring three emails to their “1” reply they offered us a $20 credit to go buy our own screws!!!!!!!!!! They had zero to send us! Not one screw they said in their warehouse!!! After I refused their offer they have stopped responding! This was a wedding gift for my grandson and now they have a table and zero chairs to sit in! VINGLI where’s my screws, where’s my refund, where’s my apology?!!

Company does not honor the solution they offered. Stated they would ship products missing but failed to do so.

I will never purchase outdoor patio chairs from this company, let alone recommend their product. The foot leveling on these chairs failed after a short period of time. There is no way to install new inserts, Customer Service does not offer replacement parts. The quality of the plastic deteriorated on one leg, then the whole nut assembly fell out, I can't attach the leveling foot to the nut. A lop-sided chair is worthless at this point. Sad, pathetic, unresponsive Customer Service. Buy US made produts.
