I’m the proud owner of multiple VinCustom merchandises. I own a coffee mug, phone case, tumbler, sun screen for my vehicle, garden flag I display in front of my home, a zip hoodie, 4 caps and 12 shirts. Compared to the two items I purchased from competitors, my number of VinCustom items shows how much I enjoy the designs, fit, quality of materials, personalization and price for value compared to VinCustom’s competitors. When my first order took approximately 3 weeks to arrive from my order date, my expectations were set for future orders. On several orders my items arrived earlier. I’ve especially been pleased with their customer service. When I had one order that had an error, their response (by email) was quick to make the to correction and my new product was shipped out immediately. I’ve never had to request a refund because I’m a satisfied customer but I believe based on my past experiences, that I’m confident my issue would be met with the utmost professionalism and expediency. I get compliments every time I wear my VinCustom items on the designs, workmanship and personalization. Makes me feel proud as a Veteran. I’ve referred several veterans to VinCustom and they’ve equally been satisfied customers. VinCustom often offers special promotions like free T-Shirts or caps, you just have to pay for shipping and personalization, a great bargain. They’ve offered combinations specials like a T-Shirt and cap or cap and hoodie for a great value. If you’re reading my endorsement of VinCustom gear I encourage you to order your favorites and other items you may think you like, I’m confident you’ll be as satisfied a customer as I am.

I’m a retired Marine, served back in the '70s and have bought more veteran gear over the years than I can count. Most of the time it’s hit or miss — cheap stitching, slow shipping, or worse, something from China that looks nothing like the ad. I took a chance on Vincustom and honestly? I was surprised. The cap I ordered came in a little over 2 weeks, and it looked just like the pictures. Stitching was tight and clean, not that cheap patchwork some companies use. Fit is good too — I’ve got a big ol’ dome and it still adjusted just right. Customer service answered my email within a day when I had a tracking question. That alone means a lot these days.
