Hi, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Please note that VinCheckPro.com is now under new ownership and is a 100% free service — we do not charge users or request payment at any point, nor do we use PayPal for transactions. Unfortunately, it sounds like you may have been directed to a different website impersonating our brand as part of a common online scam targeting vehicle sellers. We strongly encourage users to double-check the URL (www.vincheckpro.com) to ensure they are using the correct, official site. We’re glad to hear you were able to resolve the issue through PayPal, and if you ever need a free VIN check or vehicle history report, we’re here to help. Sincerely, The VinCheckPro.com Team

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to share that VinCheckPro.com was recently acquired by a new company, and we are now proud to offer our VIN check and vehicle history report service completely free of charge to all users. If you were previously directed to a paid version of the service or another site, it may have been before the transition or through an unaffiliated provider. We recommend verifying the website URL and reviewing any charges on your statement to contact the appropriate company for further assistance. If you have any questions or need help using our free service, feel free to reach out — we're here to help! Sincerely, The VinCheckPro.com Team

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your experience. It’s likely that your report was purchased prior to VinCheckPro.com’s recent transition — the site was previously operated by a different company and may have charged for reports at that time. VinCheckPro.com is now under new ownership and proudly offers 100% free VIN checks and vehicle history reports. We do not charge users at any point to access our services. Please note that our reports are sourced from the National Motor Vehicle Title Information System (NMVTIS). Accident records will only appear if they have been reported to NMVTIS and have impacted the vehicle’s title status (e.g., resulting in a salvage or total loss title). Accidents that do not meet these criteria may not appear in our reports. If you’d like to try our free report or have any questions, we’re happy to help. Sincerely, The VinCheckPro.com Team
