Glitchy order form, ended up ordering same report twice and still only got 1 report. When I contacted the company they said they would refund the 2nd order which never happened. THEIVES!

I don't understand these bad reviews on…
I don't understand these bad reviews on here??? I went on the actual site (make sure that you are not on a different one claiming to be them or using their name but the actual .com is different) and I put 2 different vin numbers in of 2 cars I'm interested in and I had free info on them within a minute. Its free!! They do not give you a long detailed report like carfax but those you pay alot for. They do tell you if any accidents, flood or stolen history is reported for your vehicle. This site deserves a lot more credit and better reviews! Thank you for your help (:

Scam Do NoT Use
I can say the same as people below, they charged me 30$ for nothing, I'm chasing them for about 2 months now and nothing, they returned to me only 1 dollar, and charged me 29$ for a subscription, I'm not stupid, I didn't choose that option, that came out of nowhere and report I received was totally empty. They are stealing money from the people, DO NOT use their services! I can show print screens of your support. How dare you still insist that it is a free service, if so return me back the 29$.

Total scam. Charge 30£ for an empty report. After several mails no refund. Stay away!!

Scam, had to freeze bank account and issue new cards. Others reported multiple withdrawals.

Be careful, they are scammers They charge you $30! Then you should get the money back and they will deduct 30 euros again!!! Beware of fraud!! we're going to the police Be careful, you will lose the money!
