I purchased a coat for a Christmas present but unfortunately the coat was a size too small I ordered an XL but needed to exchange it for an XXL. I emailed the company and they were happy to help me and they are resending me the correct size without any additional fees. As a first time customer I would definitely order again knowing that I have reinsurance that if something came that I wasn’t happy with they would be happy to help correct it.

The jacket I ordered was perfect. The sizes do run very small, but the quality is outstanding and well worth waiting for. I would order from them again.

Received my coat on Friday and absolutely love it! It is just like the picture! I was worried about the size, but the XXL fits perfect! It is also very warm! Love it! It took less than 3 weeks to get to BC, Canada!

Receive my beautiful coat yesterday it's just like how the picture is shown very slimming fit my husband loves it. Arrived just in time for Thanksgiving so I can show it off to my family. If you want a beautiful coat for the money i Iwould definitely recommended To buy

I bought the camo parka with fur hood. Its by far my favorite coat of all time..especially sight un-seen. Perfect condition and I've had a ton of complaints. 5 star all day
