I just got my coat and it's poor quality, they mislead me with the description, the size is too small, and don't want to refund. I wish I read these ratings before :(

This is a terrible company do not purchase anything from them their extra large is like a kid size 8 the extra extra large is like a kids size 12 and they do not refund or they do not take returns I will never do business with them again

I should have paid attention to the reviews before purchasing anything. The jacket I ordered doesn't look like it's description and it is stitched completely wrong, to where I'm unable to wear it. I tried to return it or even exchange it for a better fit and they said they don't do refunds and you basically have to jump through hoops to get it exchanged. What trash. I don't recommend purchasing any clothing from this seller. It's a shame because I was really excited about this jacket. Tsk tsk.

Bad quality, terrible service. I purchased a jacket which cost around £50 and expected at least a reasonable quality product in return. What I got was an ill fitting, bad smelling cheap looking product that they then refused for me to return because apparently I had bought it in a sale. All they do is quote T&Cs at you and refuse to acknowledge any problems with the products. Do not buy from these people, you will regret it.

Ich hatte eine größere Bestellung und die Teile kamen einzeln nach Wochen. Die Uhr habe ich überhaupt nicht erhalten. Angeblich wäre es zugestellt worden. Merkwürdig da ich krankheitsbedingt 3 Monate nur Zuhause war. Da ich mit der Größe unsicher war bestellte ich zu 2 hoodys . Der 2. Kam fast 2 Monate später und meine Mail zwecks Retoure wurde abgelehnt. LASST EUCH NICHT BLENDEN VON DEN SACHEN. IHR SEHT DAS GELD NIE WIEDER.

They do not accept returns/exchanges if the item was on sale. They do not indicate that it is a sale price and only one price is visible via Facebook marketing. Quality of merchandise is very low.

Unacceptable. The jacket stinks horribly, "customer service" is non-existent. PLEASE DON'T BUY here and save yourself the Trouble!

Very dodgy site. Their sizes run very small and they will not exchange even if within their 30days money back scheme. I’m stuck with an expensive 3XL jacket that in normal size would be a medium. Please do not purchase from this company. Once you buy you’re locked in. You can’t even leave a review on the item you purchased. This tells you it’s a scam, how did those other reviews get on their site?
