Highly recommend shopping with Vincent Benoir! The jacket I ordered is exactly what I expected, literally picture perfect! I could've used the next size up, but they posted that the jacket runs small so I recommend ordering 2 sizes up, I only did one, so I only have myself to blame for that, but I love it so much, I'm keeping it! Although it was missing a snap, the company was quick to respond to the issue with several fair and even generous options to correct it! They stand by their product and the level of service is absolutely superb! It's rare these days to get quick responses, valued input and incredible effort to make things better! They have my loyalty as a customer and my deepest thanks for their help and hard work! Excellent company!!!

Loved my coat . it was just like it was pictured its warm size up one or two sizes but other than that I totally love it and would recommend. If your going to wear a sweater or thick shirt make sure you get two sizes larger.

I ordered a jacket and it fit perfect, looked great but it was missing the inner zipper. I emailed and was helped immediately. They are sending a new jacket free of charge. It’s my first time ordering online and I’m very pleased with the customer service for helping resolve the issue so quickly without hassle.
