Cheap stuff from China

DO NOT BUY! The clothing that is advertise is not what you will get, it is very cheaply made and they will not refund you your money back even after you have gone to great lengths to return. This is a total scam. They even kept my money when a dress I bought was never received.

I bought a dress from Vincent Benoir on 6 August, received it on 29 August and it was faulty (product not as described, much larger than the size chart stated). They asked me If I have noticed any defects/damages, and told me to take a photo or short video footage demonstration of my noticed defect and send it to them because they need to visually see the defect/damages my received product has to apply for order delivery insurance. I sent the photos the same day and asked for a refund. On 31 August they applied for my order delivery insurance. On 3 September they told me that their application for my order delivery insurance got rejected and that I need to return the received dress back to their warehouse for a full refund. After asking multiple times will they pay for the shipping since it is 12.86 USD and the item is fauty, and them not answering on the question I decided to send the dress on 10 September and notified the shop and gave them all the information they asked (a copy of the paid invoice/bill or a document I was given at the post office with a clearly visible destination address and tracking number and the tracking number I was given at the post office). On 13 September they told me that they have successfully refunded me a full price and that I should expect to receive my paid money within 2-3 business days. That has not yet happened. I contacted them on 17 September saying that I did not receive my refund. On 18 September they told me that the funds are successfully transferred back to my bank account. On 21 September I asked once more where was my money, there is no answer yet. DO NOT BUY from these scammers!!!

I paid $75 for a jacket since September 2019 I have not received a refund nor the product. I emailed them 1000 times. Someone did email me back stating they were going to work to make sure I get the item. They even asked me if I still wanted the same jacket. Needless to say I still have not receive any monies back nor the item. Don’t buy from these people. Scammers!!!!!!!

Ik denk dat iedereen die een positieve review geeft daar werkzaam is of omgekocht is want mij deed t denken aan kleren kopen op groupon ofzo...De stof, print, niets is zoals het is voorgeschoteld...Weer een harde les geleerd, ik zal hier i.i.g. nooit meer bestellen en het iedereen afraden dus bij deze!

I paid over 60 dollars with a huge discount so should have been like 80 for a piece of crap jacket that they should be ashamed of themselves for sending me it doesn’t even have real buttons and one fell off before i even picked it up out of the wrapping .... i contacted them to return or exchange and they wanted picture evidence which i had plenty of ... and then they offered me 15 dollars FOR ME TO FIX THE JACKET !!! Do not order from this joke of a place they can’t even send you the right size and then blame you lamo

Ich hatte 2 Lederjacken bestellt aber leider nur 1 bekommen, von Vincent benoir bekam ich lediglich gesagt dass es zugestellt wurde und ich beim Paketdienst nachfragen soll,die jedoch hatten keine 2. Jacke für mich und so ging das Monate lang hin und her. Ich hab bis heute keine 2.jacke aber mein Geld auch nicht. DAS IST REINE ABZOCKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible customer service. Took forever for the jacket to be sent. When it was sent it was marked as delivered but I never received it. Every time I have brought the issue up with their customer service they keep saying it is delivered, not being willing to help. The fact that it took so long just for me to be ripped off is complete BS and do not purchase from them.
