I received my order and I was disappointed because the package looked like it was opened and sealed back up with tape. When I opened the package, I was missing an item the Primer was not there and I really wanted to try the Primer I use the Foundation and love it. I contacted Vima and they responded right away by email, and I explained the problem and took pictures of the package and the items inside and what I was missing. Mila got back with me and explained that they could see the package was tampered with and that they would be sending me out a new order. That was so kind of her I feel she went above and behind to do that for me. It's nice to work with a company that responds to your issues right away. Thank you, Mila,

I was sceptical because getting the right colour was a nightmare so I stuck to what I knew. I sat one evening and thought yep will give it a go so I bought it…..so so glad I did I love it, it’s so creamy smooth going on, instantly sets to your skin tone am so happy I tried this 🫶🏻 the offer they give is just brilliant I buy two a little cheaper and they offer different payment options. I wear makeup every day so I suppose it goes quicker sadly but I won’t be going back as I found the prices were getting stupid, higher and higher but am so chuffed I gave vima a try and my sons partner tried and loves it to 🫶🏻

Love this product. Have suffered with rosacea in the past and this foundation makes me feel covered and secure all day, but it’s not heavy.

This product truly lives up to the hype. I had previously ordered a solid stick version of this concept of makeup from a different brand, but it was just too chalky and made my skin look so dry. It actually drew out all of my lines and imperfections. Deciding to try Vima was such a great decision! A little goes a loooong way and the blend to my actual shade is flawless. It leaves my skin glowing and hydrated, and it’s honestly so fun seeing it turn from white to my skin tone. Shipping took what was quoted and the tracking was sufficient. Any negative reviews about the shipping are people being too impatient in my opinion. It’s worth the wait and such an amazing product. I’ll never use anything else! Thank you Vima!
