Please, note that it is entirely normal to experience some discomfort or tenderness in the shins, knees, and back when you first begin to use the kneeling chair, but after 7-14 days of an adjustment period, your shins will strengthen and take most of your weight. Unfortunately, as an oversized item, item that your ordered is not eligible for free-of-charge shipping returns. Usually, price for the return shipping is $30-50.
