My order was delivered promptly, and when I contacted them about one of the shades being cracked, they responded immediately, sending a new fixture! This allowed me to stay on schedule with my project, which I really appreciated. The customer service was friendly, prompt, and accommodating - really excellent.

The chandelier is beautiful in person. A couple modifications were made to chandelier to help with how I preferred chandelier to hang. I appreciate these modifications being made.
