Got an email today that they changed their terms of use and everything. Email said I got it because I've signed myself up. I'm hearing from them the first time ever today. I NEVER signed up. I keep all my emails from when I sign into somewhere, and there is none from rakuten viki. Wth??

I have spent more than 2 days trying to get into my Viki account. They do not have customer service through phone, so you have to submit a request. Then they will give you a list of things YOU need to do to give them information on what is going on with your account. We have tried everything, including trying to uninstall the Viki app from our Roku. IT DOES NOT GIVE US THE OPTION DO SO!!!! We are so frustrated, we are paying for an app that we can’t use, and Viki does not care!

The app has gone down hill. First the content is not great anymore and this stupid pin code is very frustrating and they refuse to do anything about it.

Rakuten Viki have the worst service customer support‼️long story short- don’t know what happened they took out my email then put the email address that Apple gave‼️ also my subscription was cancelled with out my knowledge ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ then tried to change Apple email to my email - their support didn’t help‼️ I fell like I was communicating with auto responses computer‼️ after 2 days I delete the rakuten Viki app and cancel subscription again when I can use my email address and pass word‼️‼️‼️😤 seem like the corporation care less about customer’s problem and only rants to collect customer fee💰💰💰💰‼️😤

Do not waste your money. A lot of programs can to watched on YouTube. They even play on YouTube before you are able to get it on Viki. Also no matured content it feels like it viewers are for teenagers. Nothing to gritty is available. It has limited programs it may have number 3 in a series but not no1 or 2. So disappointing, look elsewhere.
