These are nasty people. I was watching their free to watch 106 episode show. Got to episode 103 and then they locked it and said I needed to pay to finish the series. Thankfully it's free to watch on other kdrama channels but know this - VIKI IS DISGUSTING AND MEAN SPIRITED. Be careful of the time you invest in watching on their channel.

I’ve been a paying member of Viki for years. This has been the absolute worst year. Super slow subtitle translation, non existent customer service and now I see I’ll have a hard time cancelling!! All we want is what we pay for. Small team??? Hire more people. Rakuten is a huge company that produces dramas and now took over ebates. Ever since they took over, it’s been terrible. Good. Bye.

I love c drama, especially historical and fantasy. I would love to be a subscriber, but with the payment issues people are having and the lack of a download option, until these are sorted, I will not be subscribing. The free version is ok, the amount of adverts is annoying. As I work in a place without WiFi I need a download option. Once this is sorted it'll be worth subscribing as they have a big and updated library

I watch VIKI all the time. Had no complaints until now. Trying to watch the drama Touch. Since when are the dramas interrupted with commercials? The reason I watch shows on VIKI is because there aren’t commercials. If I want a show to be interrupted...I would switch back to regular channels. Ordinarily, I’d give VIKI 5 stars...but not now. Not with commercials.

I am leaving this site as they get a decent show but then you have to wait another week for the next episode, Started off fine but now it gets boring to watch. Its just like Netflix once you could watch series at your leisure but now they spread them out over a ridiculous amount of time. I will find a better site.

Viki service is getting pretty bad, they're basically profiting off subscribers(you) even though their service is based on volunteer subbers. So you're paying for a service that has no definite amount of time guaranteeing it will be subbed. Also, the free version is just unbearable, the ads are long and numerous, intolerable at this point. Just use a free website that actually pays their subbers such as kiss Asian or I use watchasian.to remember to use an ad blocker and you're good to go! Watchasian actually subs their episodes faster than Viki its rather sad.

Not happy with the price point. Netflix has more shows and charges at least $7.99/mo for online streaming. I watched Scholar Who Walks the Night when it first steamed on Viki. Now it's Viki plus. Total bogus price for the upgrade.

Very slow.... it was acceptable for a while, but they installed a new software update, and now it really sucks! Put yourself together, or I will cancel my subscription. I really enjoyed watching movies in your site, but Netflix is much better.
