Il tempo di attesa per i sottotitoli e troppo lunga. Dopo anni molte serie sono a metà traduzione e/ o solo in inglese mentre nelle indicazioni c'è scritto anche sottotitoli in italiano. È scorretto soprattutto per chi come me paga abbonamento. Quando una serie non è presente nella mia regione chiedete di fare richiesta ma le domande sono tutte in inglese e io parlo solo italiano, per cui non posso riempire la scheda con la richiesta e se chiedo aiuto lo da in inglese e allora a che mi serve se sono italiana e parlo solo italiano? Dovreste mettere l'opzione scegli lingua per fare richiesta compilazione modulo.

Cela fait longtemps que le son des publicités est beaucoup trop élevé comparé à celui des dramas… Donc à chaque fois c'est un jump scare que je me prends, l'expérience devient désagréable… Régler le problème s'il vous plait…

I have been a subscriber to Viki for nearly 9 years. In the past 12 months the focus of Korean content has shifted to mainly Chinese content and most recently a disproportionately large number of BL shows. Whist I feel there is a place for this content my membership of Viki was primarily to watch Korean Drama that I cound not get elsewhere. I find recently I have been using other platforms to watch as Viki is no longer meeting my requirements.

Non mais vous vous prenez pour qui avec les pubs ? Oooohhhhh 27 minutes d’épisode sur 1h, j’ai eu 4 session de pub avec 3 pubs de 20 à 30sec à chaque fois ???? Eh même sur YouTube y’a moins de pub et tu peux passer les pubs ! Donc la si je continue mon épisode y’a encore combien de session de pub qui m’attendent ? 3-4 ? Au total sur 1 épisode de 1h ça fait 3x8 =24… 24 PUBS sur 1h ????????? Même à la télé y’en a pas autant OOOOOOHHHH ???? Réveillez vous C’est vraiment dommage parce que c’est vraiment sympa de pouvoir regarder des drama ou autre étranger

Cela aurai pu être une belle découverte et une bonne chaîne malheureusement je tombe sur béa de bug notamment au niveau des sous titre ils vous annoncent 100% sous titrage français et en plein milieu ou à la fin vous restez sur votre faim c’est le cas de le dire car plus de sous titrage français mais uniquement anglais donc si vous ne maîtrisez pas l’anglais vous abandonnez le film comme moi et vous êtes frustrés et en colère c’est souvent ce sentiment qui m’habite en regardant Vicki ! Plusieurs films arrêtés en plein milieu ! Trop décevant vraiment il faut améliorer !! Il faut l’indiquer dès le début sur le sous titrage français n’est pas dispo ou préciser qu’à partir de tel épisode pas de sous titre français. Merci de corriger rapidement ce problème !

The English subtitles are nonsensical nonsense

Seems to have good content however keeps buffering and it is not due to my internet speed as Netflix, Disney+ etc. do fine while browsing other sites.

I have been using VIKI to watch Asian dramas since 2021 and never had any issues before. I loved leaving reviews, always positive, and leave occasional comments on the forum section, always respectful of others as i am not a teenager, nor an online troll. Since a few weeks i have noticed many of my comments were cancelled and so many other people were having the same problem and complaining about it; apparently you need to be careful what you write: you cannot mention any other website or attach links as otherwise they might also suspend your account. As usuers, it is normal to share interesting external references, but VIKI apparently sees it as a thread and doesnt allow it... way to talk about freedom of speech! This is unbelieveable! I have actually left a recent review on a drama, super positive, and have mentioend My Drama List, a website where people that are passionate about dramas can share opinions and discuss new dramas. The website itself promote every streaming service indiscriminately, as it tells you where you can watch a drama. This website actually brings lot of new customers to VIKI. So i am not sure why they feel to censure a comment mentioning My Drama List. They are not accepting freedom of speech. And i was not selling anything, i was just noting that on that website there were SOME discussion forum where people were freely discussing sections from the novel a specific drama was based on! Is not that Viki sells book, no? Was i promoting or selling something for personal interest/ or for a competitor's interest? NO! I do not like people controlling and this is indeed a silly matter, but one that means a lot to me as it smells of dictatorship and censorship. This is what someone from Viki customer service said in response to my complaint about deleting my review: "After a careful review, we regret to inform you that your recent review has been deleted due to a violation of our Community Guidelines. Our guidelines strictly prohibit the posting of unauthorized promotional material or advertisements, including any mentions of other streaming services or websites, whether legal or illegal. We encourage open discussions and feedback within our community, but we must maintain a respectful and safe environment for all users. To ensure the best experience for everyone, we kindly ask you to refrain from any promotional content or references to external platforms." It was then indicated my reviewd was deleted as it was "Advertising"..... The above guideline has been interpreted by this person working for VIKI in a wrong way, to quite some extremes... it has been used wrongly as, firstly, i didnt promote anything but i have simply said that in MDL there is a forum discussing sections of the novel which is interesting to understand the drama" (are we not allowed to share where a drama is based on??? Of course it will be based on a novel! Are we not allowed to share knowledge where that book has been discussed for free? Apparently not as it goes against VIKI guidelines..) , secondly i didnt refer to any external platforms as MDL is simply a website of articles and forums. It is with regret that i have cancelled my subscription to VIKI, i cannot accept unjustified censorship. I will use other platforms now
