Can no longer keep using their service until they start actually caring about their customers. Lately subs have taken close to a week to be completed. Why are we paying to watch subs the same time as everyone else who pays less?!?! There are other sites that have the subs completed couple hours after the show aired in SK. Viki hides behind their volunteers when customers complain about subs. The subbers take all the blame and they don't have to pay them!! Best free labor any company can ask for!

There is no way to reach customer…
There is no way to reach customer service the site states they don’t offer telephone customer service because they can better serve you via the internet. This is BS. Emailing from the app is almost impossible sometimes it takes almost a month for a reply when you email directly from your personal email. They don’t actually core t any of the issues you might have. I pay 10 dollars a month not much less than I pay for Netflix or prime I also have drama fever and Hulu but, this is the only subscription I have issues with. And customer servic is absolutely no help.

This has turned into my worst…
This has turned into my worst nightmare. I have done everything I can to get contact from these people. I have sent several messages through the help center, I have even tried calling a phone number that was listed in the withdrawels that they have been illegally taking out of my account. I am not a member I have not been for about a year now. After noticing that they continued to take out money from my account for a year, I went on their sight to confirm they had actually suspended my service. They did but continued to take money out. Beware! I even went on to their face book and tried that way. No success. Now I have to cancel my credit card.

I'm really sorry about your experience with our service. I'm more than happy to help you with this.
Based on your review, it looks like you subscribed to our service twice with a different account. To help you, please write in to [email protected] with the subject 'Trustpilot' so that we can prioritize your request. Again, I apologize for this issue.
Thanks,

I don’t like viki
I joined. I paid to be able to see with out ads. But a week later I couldn’t see anything. They had switched companies. I also dislike the fact that if you are not able to finish the episodes ( you have to go back to work ) the show doesn’t resume from where you left off. Also subs aren’t there upon release. So I canceled

It's gotten worse
It's gotten worse. I am a standard customer and the amount of content available to me has been reduced. Shows that were previously available are now locked. Also the subs are really not accurate, for those of you who rely on it. I've had to fix the translation for my friends several times. The site should hire people rather than use volunteers. They're charging more and giving substandard service.

Been a paying customer for viki for …
Been a paying customer for viki for years. Now they ask for more money and hide new and older dramas behind the paywall, but don't add anything more in return. Subbers are slow and they use the fact that subbers are volunteers as an excuse for not having subs done on time.
Apparently subs are NOT included for what you are paying for and we all are paying to watch episodes earlier without ads but can't understand a word of it. Cancelled my subscription.

Paid for all access, now they want double the premium
I signed up for their paid subscription/pass of $49.99 per year. This subscription was supposed to allow access to ALL their programs with no ads. A few months later I was having difficulty accessing some of their programs. I thought they were having technical issues (they were never very stable). I then learned they introduced another level of subscription for double the price and restricted some of their contents. Their excuse is that they've partnered with another content provider and now I will have to pay double if I want to access those programs. The worse part is all their new programs seem to be from this content provider. This is highly UNETHICAL, if not illegal.

We sincerely appreciate the detailed feedback that you shared about your experience on Viki, and are sorry to hear that these recent changes have caused you some inconveniences.
We’ve recently partnered with Kocowa TV (a collaboration between three main Korean TV networks - KBS, SBS, and MBC) to bring the best drama viewing experience to our community.
Please know that this plan includes access to Kocowa content that would not have been available otherwise. We partnered with Kocowa in order to bring you more content than ever before.
We have also licensed a lot of content exclusively for our users on Viki Pass Standard (your current plan), like 'Melo Holic', 'Untouchable', 'Because this is my First Life', and the super hit 'While you were Sleeping'.
Once again, we appreciate your feedback and hope to continue bringing the best content to all our users.
Thanks,
Viki Experience Team
