Scammer! Beware of this company. Billed for the annual price 49.99 automatically without me knowing!!! I requested for refund right away but to no avail, 2 months later it looks like someone got my email but only replied sorry? But Didn’t do anything about it, so fast forward to today nothing happened. Will treat it as a nightmare i couldn’t recover from. Bad practice I hope this company get bankcrupt. Dont need this company!

I gave it a one star because there was no zero and that's how bad this site has become. There is a lot of buffering, ADs that you can't even watch 5 minutes of an episode smoothly. I usually like to watch dramas with comments on but there are always out of sink that it gets annoying than interesting. I wish if there is another site with live comments and I would drop this completely.

terrible customer service Over priced charge ( use kiss asian) New drama not available 🤦🏻♀️ Content not available in your region. Automatic charge after year without your authority they will charge your card. I would recommend don’t buy membership it’s useless , you can use other free websites.

App KEEPS FREEZING. Shows same commercials in sequence - sometimes four times in a row! Makes me dislike the advertised product. Pain to navigate. Does not remember where episode was paused to return to viewing later. Archaic.

I haven't used it in a year and was charged with no notification before it rebilled me. I canceled, but they still charged me $100 which they won't refund even though I canceled right after getting the notification that they rebilled my account. A reputable company would notify before recharging and refund if it can be proven that the buyer either hadn't used it for some time or canceled immediately after getting the notification.

Very poor. Bought today through google and now can not logged in after some issued. Cheap and nasty, not like netflix and prime. Now might take 24-48 hour to respond with a lot of pain probably. Tried to cancelled after 10 minutes with issued, can not be refunded, instead cancelled after 27 Dec 2020. Wow !!!!!

December 18,2019 This is what happens when you choose to cut corners give unreliable service, false advertising, making your customers believe it is a privilege to wait till you find volunteers to subtitle your shows. Waiting as long as two months before subtitles show up on a program. You have just gotten your notice either put up or shut up. Netflix has just signed a contract with Korean network JTBC to start streaming k drama did I mention with subtitles. Also they have signed with Seoul -based Dragon Studio again with subtitles. So Viki Rakuten it is about time to separate the grown up from the kids, put on your big girl panties either step up to your loyal customers and give the service they deserve and I might add pay for or step aside. It is time to handle your business.
Disappointed
I used to enjoy Viki. But now, they are so slow with subtitles that I just don't know if it's worth it anymore. In addition, as someone said below there are so many dramas available online or now on Netflix that they really need to step up their game or just shut down.
