Very disappointed
Very disappointed. The web series is not opening at all. It always shows the error: "Oh no, something went wrong! There has been an unexpected issue. Please try again in a few minutes. (VF_EXO_4001)." I've tried multiple times, but the same error appears every time. Please fix this issue as soon as possible

Au début très bien puis on coupe les accès on ne sait pourquoi
Au début très bien et puis du jour au lendemain Viki a décidé de couper mon accès alors que j'avais un abonnement en cours chez eux J'ai écrit plusieurs fois au service client qui me dit que soi disant mon compte a été bloqué pour inactivité. C'est vrai que quand on paye un abonnement on en profite pas. Du n'importe quoi!!! Je me connectais tous les jours c'est pour cela que j'ai payé ! 2 jours sans avoir accès à son compte, j'ai demandé a Google le remboursement partiel mais par rapport au prix payé et le nombre de jours restants je suis perdante. Je suis vraiment dégoûtée j'avais plusieurs séries en cours disponibles uniquement sur cette plateforme c'est vraiment honteux.

J ai un abonnement que je paye tout les…
J ai un abonnement que je paye tout les mois, je m aperçoit que je ne peux pas regarder toute les séries. J ai un message qui me demande de m abonner. Franchement c est pas sérieux.

This app sucks cuz I start watching I…
This app sucks cuz I start watching I series and on my phone and then I get off of it and try to watch it on my tv and it won’t let me because it say I’m watching it on my phone but I’m not it so it’s so freaking annoying luv the show but I’ll be going to iqlYl and watch shows there freaking stupid as app

Useless even with subscription..
Useless even with subscription.. Find video useless? sort by only two and useless? with sort "New on viki"maybe you find onAir after you scroll around 2 min on the maybe end of page...? the website overall is 2/10

More Ads and consume more internet
Very worst experience. Earlier it was good but now we need to watch 5 ads at once and frequently ads will show up which is very much annoying. The series will stop at one point and again it will not come. I literally hate viki.

App not working worst customer service
I filed my complaint that viki app is not working and even shared screen shots with ur customer support person nothing happen I'm paid customer not even watching it free and since from last week I emailed but nothing happen my issue is still there.. worst customer service ever

Je suis en train de regarder Goblin, le roi majestueux et solitaire. J'ai 45 pubs que je peux skipper au bout de 5 secondes, mais quand même. C'est une énorme blague ahah.
