Moved to Viki after drama fever shut down. This company was ok at the beginning but it’s getting worst and not worth it paying for the subscription anymore. Many dramas that was in standard subscription was moved into plus. I feel like I was cheated with the subscription. Wish the subscription can get better. Many customer will il leave the company this way.

Constant buffering, full stops for 20 mins at a time. "Video Cannot be Loaded" appears on every episode. Does not resume to video being watched and have to start all over again. Commercials playing in the background and overlapping with video being watched. Recently takes 2 hours to see a full episode.

I have been a user of Viki for many years, I have recommended the service to many of my friends and I’m surprised I now must make this decision and give a bad review. I suddenly realized I could access my account on roku and nothing I did worked. I tried on my iPad and still couldn’t get it to work. I checked my phone app and realized that the account had a different email attached and a date of birthday with the year 1914! Red flag. I was able to change back to my date of birth but couldn’t change the email. Yes, I was hacked on my Viki account. I sent multiple messages to Viki customer service with screenshot of my receipt and my real email associated with my account. I haven’t received not one single reply from Viki. I sent them multiple tweets on @twitter and still no reply. I started from monthly payments and finally went to yearly payments, I have more than 7 months on my service I cannot used because Viki customers service refuse to do their jobs. I will call my bank today. I can’t even remove my card from the account, I will have to go through my bank.

All of the sudden content is locked? Since when in the middle of watching a show does a service switch from requiring one subscription to another?? I have had the Standard and now I cannot continue with the show I WAS watching because it's now Pass Plus?? Some warning would have been nice and now I'm thinking of canceling the service altogether. Bad business Viki.

It's been 5 days since VIKKI deleted my paid Plus Pass membership and all my saved info. I've emailed them 5 Times-they have sent back 5 identical useless emails. KISSASIANS in my opinion,( it's Free) is much better than VIKI and I'm sending one more email to VIKI telling them CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP.

I signed up for the $4.99 service per month (viki pass). Suddenly when I'm in the middle of watching a series (16th episode of 38 total), they locked up the show and said that viki pass plus ($9.99 per month) subscription is needed in order to watch this series. Really? So every series that I started watching I have to worry about it getting blocked to force me to pay more per month? Why would I even start one series knowing it will probably get blocked? What a rotten policy? Is this honest? Very disappointed! Shame on you. Cancelling suscription today! hmmm....Something tells me that will be difficult with a company like this!

I would be watching a series for a day then the very next day the same series remaining episodes are locked and needed plus upgrade to watch. WTH?? It’s not right to do that to your customers. I happen to a few series so far and I’m getting really sick of this unethical business practices.

I had issues with my google account that was connected to my Viki account and had to deleted because of it i can not seem to be able to log into my Viki account but they are still charging me for the subscription i have sent around 5 request to contact since everything happen 2 months ago and no word from them, i even made a new account in hopes that i could get the other issue fix but no one has help me in the last 2 months since it happen, i decide to take my business elsewhere. i been using Viki for 3 years now super disappointed.
