I attempted to get a monthly subscription and ended up with a yearly one. I was immediately charged $99 +tax. When I realized what happened I logged in and changed to a monthly subscription. Instead of receiving a refund they added the monthly subscription at the end of the yearly subscription so I ended up with one year + one month. Multiple emails with vague answers finally convinced me that they never wanted to help but just wanted my money. I'm waiting to see if YouTube/GooglePay will fix it.

Company won't refund me for auto-renewing a year subscription of $99.99 despite the account not being used. No way to contact and talk with a real person, just long mitigated emails filled with deflection. Terrible business practices. You're better off watching on Kokowa or youtube.

I LIVE for Viki all my favorite shows are on here, all the shows I can't get anywhere else. But every once in a while after buying Viki pass plus and having it auto renew every September, the Viki company for reasons unknown to me charge me out of the blue, this time it was 2 days ago, for 9.99 and I can't find out why, or their automated beta chat is so stupid, you can't get ahold of them. REALLY 9.99 to lose 109.00 every year. So I go back to commercials and a few less programs. You don't take money out of my account without telling me why. I'm sure I made a mistake or something but you won't even tell me, will this be one time I accidently poked on something that costs? Will it be monthly, I really hope not, but the not knowing is going to cost YOU too. EDIT UPDATE: So THERE IS NO PHONE SUPPORT. THERE IS NO CONTACT. IT WAS MONTHLY FOR 3 months. SO I had to find out myself, my bank said since I had a VIKI account maybe the service went up, BUT NO.... That was not the reason, it turns out I had to find out on my own, wracking my brain, I thought did my daughter who was NOW grown and moved out reactivating her account and they were charging me since she was a minor living at home when the account was initiated? I couldn't remember the account, so I called my daughter and asked her, she looked it up and said the last 4 of the card is XXXX I saidmy card, she was so embarrassed, that is why they are charging me. She was shocked and horrified that for 3 months, they had been charging and still had my account number. She hadn't used that account for 3 years and reactivated it. NO customer service, using a stored account number inactive for over 3 years and no way to tell me why they were charging my bank. No communication. Just some BS AI computer, spouting sorry you are having trouble. No wonder my bank has VIKI on the scam alerts. Good thing I remembered I opened my daughters account when she lived at home over 5 years before. Otherwise they would still be charging me. Make sure you delete your card number when you leave.

I’m new to Viki and I can start by saying that I obtained a pass subscription of 8.33 and is still watching ads, make it make since? I paid for an upgrade in my subscription to watch this movie without the ads and I am still watching the movie with the ads. I have viewed 6 ads in less than 10 min each being 1 min long, this company is a joke. Why waste your time and money.

They will keep charging your card EVEN after you cancel your credit card and change account number. They are the worst!!! Do not even think about it!!!

I signed up for the free trial followed by the monthly subscription. They asked for my card info for the monthly subscription and even mention that I would only be charged on April 4th. A few hours later I checked my bank account and noticed that I was charged the YEARLY subscription. Apparently, somewhere along the way of the normal registration, they switched it to yearly, without any warning or information that this was happening. After I contacted the customer support they said that I upgraded my subscription and so my free trial was canceled, and that they would not refund my money. Even better than that, is that the quality of the stream is still terrible even though they just took a year worth of subscriptions. This shows that they have little respect for the client and that the customer support is close to useless. I will definitely not recommend this streaming service, as you may also be mislead into paying more than you agreed.

Je suis de plus en plus déçu de Viki car : - déjà ils mettent sur l'abonnement des séries qui ne sont même pas traduite - Ont paie pour rien ou pour des traductions qui vont durer des mois voir des années - C'est irrespectueux de la part de viki. Ensuite je mets en cause les traducteurs car depuis récemment ils se mettent à traduire plusieurs épisode à la x en ne les traduisant pas entièrement (60% -86%-40%- 5% etc) et de manière aléatoire c'est-à-dire qu’il traduise qlq minutes et qlq autres minuté dans n’importe partie de l’épisode. J'ai regardé la même série ( Encouter) sur Viki et Neflix - sur viki le texte ne valait rien dire et que sur Netflix il y avait une meilleur compréhension de la situation = Donc il y a une mauvaise traduction des traducteurs (rices) et qlq x des situations choquantes où ils emploient des mots très grossiers ds un contexte qui ne s'y prête pas du tout La traduction EST, du moins en France, LA BÊTE NOIRE DE VIKI - et aussi, pas les moindre, car ils commencent très récemment à banaliser le porno ou des images non suggestives sur des dramas dits romantiques sans aucune protection pour les enfants, surtout sur les séries Coréennes. Si les personnes aiment ce genre d'expérience pour se sentir accompli ils vont sur des sites appropriés. De ce fait je me suis tournée vers des séries Chinoises plus saines - Aussi, chacun ses goûts, la banalisation des séries LGBT et BL à tour de bras sans protection pour les enfants ce n’est pas normal, cela n'est pas la représentation que ce fait TOUT le monde de la relation entre personne. Ce ne sont que qlq personnes en difficulté de compréhension de qui ils sont qui veulent imposer cela, par la banalisation, comme une vérité et une réalité et aussi pour le site qui y ont trouvé un filon pour gagner des sommes phénoménales au détriment d’une certaine retenue. Je trouve que la "réussite" des Coréens par les Kdrama et Kpop les pousse à s’exciter et commence à se donner des droits qu'ils devraient corriger Je trouve de toute façon que les séries sont de moins en moins intéressantes on vraiment baissées de niveau car si il n’y pas une seule phrases sans vulgarité, grossièreté (même jusqu’à des films de Noël) ou touchant au sexe. Bientôt les gens auront un sexe à la place d’un cerveau Et je trouve aussi que les notifications sont vraiment très et trop hautes pour certaines séries et film qui ne le mérites pas car navet ou hors contexte. Cela permet d’avoir de plus en plus de navet et de séries et film dangereux pour l’équilibre de la conscience des personnes Le résultat je me désabonne de Viki. Je ne peux rien faire contre cela donc les plus gênés partent, donc je me retire Malgré qu'il y a eu, qu'il ait et qu'il y aura de TRÈS bons Films et séries je vais aller voir des séries sur d'autres pays et plates formes : Turc, par expl (mais pas que) qui sont parfois profondes, marrantes, intelligentes, des thèmes et des milieux totalement différents où les acteurs sont des Mr et Me tout le monde pas comme les sériés Coréennes ou tous les acteurs et actrices ont de moins en moins d'expressions sur le visage tellement ils se font tirer le visage par la chirurgie "élastique" et que très souvent les séries se passent toujours ds le même contexte, : la pauvre fille qui rencontre l'homme riche et qui deviennent amoureux, grosses villas et voitures, même niveau social souvent élevé qui ne représente pas la société Coréenne mais leurs carences. Cela devient lourd et non sens

Abbonamento totalmente inutile. Se paghi il mensile ti levano solo la pubblicità, l'unico modo di vedere i telefilm è farsi l'annuale. Una grandissima presa in giro.
