ViewrailReviews of viewrail.com

Good products and good service. Engineering is not quite up to par.

Great Product, Great Service, Great Team Thank You All

We love the look of the rails and it was not difficult to install! Rep was super at answering all our questions!

easy to order, easy to install, great customer service

I am impressed with the Viewrail team’s focus on details. We talked through many aspects of the floating stair’s and landing’s clearances to the adjacent walls, floors, and ceilings. The stair system’s 45 degree offset to the home’s orientation created a challenge that the Viewrail team rose to address.

Their products are very nice and overall they should cost you less, but our first experience is that they designed in and delivered an incorrect post (one for cable instead of rod) which cost us a significant amount of time and money to replace as it had a rubber roof installed over it. The rubber had to be removed, the wrong post uninstalled, the new post reinstalled and the rubber repaired. It was easily a >1k overall mistake that we had to eat. When we identified that we had the wrong post they did send over the correct one without much hassle which is the reason for the 2nd star.

You guys rock! Saved me thousands compared to the next closest local competitor. Excellent quality. I'll be buying more. My stair rail has become the centerpiece of the house.

Great customer service. Thank you!
