I purchased this product as a company expense, and decided to pass it to my staff. I didn't realize that you can't change the email addresses. I'm too old to understand this. So I got in touch and I explained to them that I'm retiring and my staff will be taking over. And as such, they can't use my direct email. It took them a few days but they understand and made the exception and helped. Firstly, thank you. I suggested maybe offering two types of plans, individuals and organizations where emails are changeable. Anyway, doesn't matter. Thank. I haven't gotten to use much of the app, I was busy with running the company so my staff will be able to review the product further down the road. So I can only review the experience. And it's been pleasant and kind. Thank you very much. Five stars for service, understanding and empathy.
